Tough 1 - Adjustable Elastic Blanket Surcingle

This elastic blanket surcingle is a wonderful temporary fix for blankets and sheets when straps become damaged. Use with a cooler to help keep the cooler in place while on the horse. This strap is adjustable with a slide buckle to fit most horses. Not for permanent use.
